Grants
PHHS faculty, coaches, administrators, and parents may download the Grant Request form below and send the completed form to the PHHSAA Board of Directors (Board) for consideration when a funding need is not being met by the San Diego Unified School District. The Board meets approximately four times per year to consider and vote on such requests. The Board's decisions are generally based on the perceived need, the number of students and classes who will benefit from the grant, the amount of funding requested, and the funds available for grant. The Board's decisions are final, although grant requestors are encouraged to resubmit a Grant Request the following year if the Board's decision is not to approve a Grant Request is the result of current year funding limitations.

About Grants
An initial goal for the formation of the Patrick Henry High School Alumni Association (PHHSAA) was to provide financial support for the purchase of uniforms, equipment, and other teaching aids to help the Patriots’ sports programs. As budgetary cutbacks increase, PHHSAA is now having an even broader impact.
