Grants
PHHS faculty members and parents may download a Grant Request form (see below) and send them to our Board of Directors for consideration in funding a particular need not met by the School District. The Board meets about four times per year to consider and vote on such requests. The Board's decisions are generally based upon the perceived need, how many students and class years are benefited, the overall amount requested and funds available for an overall fund raising year. The Board's decisions are final although Grant Requestors may be encouraged to submit a Grant Request during the next school year.

About Grants
An initial goal for the formation of the Patrick Henry High School Alumni Association, Inc. (PHHSAA) was to help the administration with financial support for the purchase of uniforms. Equipment and other teaching aids to help lead the breadth of the Patriots’ sports programs back to the heyday which you more than likely attended the school. With more and more budgetary cutbacks at the School District in these areas, the support from your PHHSAA is having an even greater impact. The groundwork is now being laid by Principal Michelle Irwin with the recent additions of J. Cody Clark as the Boys Soccer Head Coach and Athletic Director, Boys Basketball Head Coach Kenny Caesar (an ’89 grad and former Cleveland Cavaliers Asst. Coach), Boys Football Head Coach JT O’Sullivan (a 10-year NFL QB), and Boys Baseball Head Coach Shelton Watkins (an ’00 alumni and until recently Head Baseball Coach at CIF Runner-Up and CIF Champion Rancho Buena Vista the two years he was there).
The new two-story Language & Math classroom complex along with the Stadium and other athletic field remodels were completed in the summer of 2019. If you haven’t been back to campus in the last four years you owe it to yourself to take a tour of the Patrick Henry Arts, Media and Entertainment (PHAME) theater and classroom complex at the front of the school.
We’re proud to report that your PHHS Alumni Association, Inc. in just the first seven years of its existence has raised and is in the process of donating just under $750,000 worth of goods to your alma mater. As a direct result of the success of the PHHSAA Golf Tournament & Reunion BBQ events along with the numerous generous donations from Henry Alumni, the PHHSAA has been able also support the general student body and facility with the purchase of, but not limited to, the following items:
